Have you ever wondered what it’s like to live in a tiny house?
With more and more tiny house offerings coming up on services like AirBnB, trying a tiny on for size is becoming pretty easy.
Recently, Joe from Barry’s Bay Tiny Homes in Ontario touched base with me via our Facebook page to let me know they have a model tiny home available for rent online.
Their upscale, one-of-a-kind tiny home comes with all furnishings and amenities. The Barry’s Bay Tiny Home features a king size, queen size and a single bed making this experience great for families.
Barry’s Bay is home to some of the best snowmobile and ATV trails around and is a nature-lovers paradise on the doorstep of Algonquin Park.
The area is surrounded by lakes ready for fishing, in season, and a 14-foot aluminum fishing boat with motor is available for rent during the summer months.
Barry’s Bay is easily traversed on foot and hosts an eclectic mix of retail and eating establishments in the heart of town – the town also has creature comforts like Tim Hortons!
Ten minutes from town is the Madawaska Kanu Centre where you can go rafting, kayaking, canoeing or just walk down the hill and enjoy the rapids with a locally roasted coffee in hand.
Did we mention that the tiny home is on the site of a coffee roastery and coffee bar…cool eh?
From June 3, 2017, to Sept. 2, 2017, only weekly rentals are available. Check-in is Sunday after 3pm. Check-out date is the following Sunday by 10am.
